CASABLANCA, RABAT, AGADIR, MARRAKECH AND MOHAMMEDIA

For the convenience of persons requiring legal advice on Consular matters (notary public) a selection of Notary Public in the district of the British Embassy in Rabat,  Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech and Mohammedia are given below.

Correspondence should normally be conducted in French ; the official language of the courts is Arabic.  Neither Her Majesty »s Government nor any official of the British Embassy take any responsibility in the competence or probity of any pariticular notary public on this list, nor take any responsibility whatsoever for the consequences of any legal action initiated or advice given.

The responsibility for settling bills for notary public fees rests with the client and it is possible that before accepting a case, a notary public may ask the client for an advance deposit.
